Callbacks is now a dirty word

If you didn't know, i work in a call centre for a member based shopping service. We try to get competitive prices on mainly electrical items and some other things. When we've placed an enquiry and we get the prices back from our suppliers, we call the member back to let them know what price we can get the particular item for.

Well, this process of calling members back sucks! Especially if you're the primary person and you have to do the emails, the sales, and organise the other callback staff on that day. Eek! Too much for me to remember and it's making my day drag ass.

At least i still get to look forward to the long weekend ahead. <
